Payment Terms
We will accept Paypal or Credit Cards (VISA/ MC/ AMEX/ DISCOVER) directly on our website or by phone at 615-649-8627 x-1.
If paying via Credit Card or Paypal we MUST SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS REGISTERED on the account. If using Paypal we prefer the ACCOUNT is “VERIFIED” with a “CONFIRMED” shipping address (U.S. and Canada ONLY); but in any case we will only ship to your registered billing address. If you do not meet these terms, or wish us to ship to an address other than your REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS, please contact us for approval prior to purchase (available for shipping within the U.S. ONLY – each case will be considered on an individual basis and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion).

We are not allowed to Ship New Schecter Guitars with Warranty overseas per our agrreement with Schecter. B-stock excluded.
Shipping
U.S. Buyers Please Be Aware - The Flat U.S. Shipping Rate will be different than shown at time of checkout for the following: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands. Please contact PRIOR to purchase for calculated rates to these locations.

WE SHIP FED EX GROUND. SIGNATURE WILL NOT BE REQUIRED IF YOUR PURCHASE IS LESS THAN $500 IN VALUE. ANYTHING $500 & OVER WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE. IF YOU PREFER US TO ADD A SIGNATURE OPTION TO ITEMS VALUED UNDER $500 THE ADDED FEE WILL BE $4.25.
FEDEX Ground/ Home Delivery / DOMESTIC Shipping:
Please note that if FEDEX records delivery of your item at the address as given with payment, we have been informed by FEDEX that no claim of LOSS or item not received will be honored. In other words, if tracking shows delivery and signed for if applicable at address we received with your payment as ship to address; but buyer states item as not received; we as seller will not be held responsible for/ or take any further action to refund or file a claim with carrier for loss. As for our part seller has fulfilled our obligation to ship product purchased to the address provided by buyer.
International Buyers: Please contact us PRIOR to purchase for rates and availability. All International Shipping rates will be different than shown at time of checkout. Please review the International Buyers Terms and Conditions below for further details.
NEW ITEMS:
If FREE SHIPPING is offered, please note this APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS SENT WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands); and, may not be combined with other NON-NEW items ordered.
For all domestic shipments within the Continental U.S we ship via FED EX Ground with FULL Insurance and Signature Required (Indirect Signature for items below $100 in value). Please contact us at time of purchase for prior approval if you wish us to waive the signature option, each situation will be evaluated on a per case basis.
We strive to insure every item we ship is very well packaged to protect as much as is possible against any damage that may occur in transit. This may be reflected in our flat rate for all shipments within the U.S., and especially so for all International shipments.
Return Policy
NEW Items:
Buyer has 30-Day Warranty Period from time item is received to report any issues or problems (however, we request that you please inspect your item as soon as possible upon receipt).
A Re-Stocking Fee of 12% may apply (select items only and will be evaluated on a per case basis)*
* Exception: If the Reason for Return is due to an error on our part (i.e. error or omission in advertisement), or if any damage to the item occurs after shipment (i.e. damaged in transit) then the Re-Stocking Fee may be waived. Terms subject to our discretion and will be evaluated on a per case basis.
Item must be returned in same condition (physical as well) as it was prior to being shipped (obviously not applicable if damage was incurred during shipping – please contact directly for details in such an instance). Item must include all accessories, if included – manuals, original boxes, software, disks, etc. Item must also include all original packaging (i.e. shipping box - if in re-usable condition) and materials; and all items returned must be packaged properly and adequately to protect against any damage during return shipping.
Shipping Fees for Returned Items:
While we will evaluate each situation on a per case basis; generally, buyer pays ALL shipping unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the circumstance, original-shipping costs may or may not be included with your refund; we will conclude eligibility at time of review.
Used / Pre – Owned Items:
Buyer has 14-Day Warranty Period from time item is received to report any issues or problems (however, we request that you please inspect your item as soon as possible upon receipt). For used items, we make every effort to test to the best of our ability that items sold to us are functioning, as well as disclose any issues we are aware of within the item’s description; however, if you find there are any issues that we may have missed or been simply unaware of, please contact us immediately upon inspection to notify us. We will work with you to find the best answer to get your problems resolved.
If you are unable, due to extenuating circumstances to test the item within 14-Days after it is received, please contact us for approval prior to purchase (available for shipping within the U.S. ONLY – each case will be considered on an individual basis and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion).
However, because these items are being sold in “used” condition, we simply cannot accept returns, or be held responsible for issues regarding functionality of the unit for items purchased past 14 days from date of item receipt.
If a return is deemed necessary, please note the following:

Refunds:
We will not issue any refund until we receive and inspect the returned item. If a refund is required, it will most often be given via your original payment method ( i.e. Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal Account, Credit Card will be refunded to the Credit Card used for purchase. ) Cash or USPS Postal Money Order will be refunded via Company Check. For Credit Card refunds, please note, we will issue credit as soon as the return item is received, however it may take 7-10 Business Days before funds show or post to your account. If after that amount time your refund has not posted, please contact your Credit Card company directly.
Exchanges:
For all “Used” items, we cannot, unfortunately guarantee another of the same item will be available or in stock. However, if we are able to provide a replacement, we will most certainly offer this as an option.
NEW / Items covered by Manufacturer Warranty:
“NEW” items include B-STOCK, OPEN BOX and DEMO UNITS, as long as these items are stated as being covered by Manufacturer Warranty.
If you receive a “New” item that is defective or has any other issues, please contact us directly. All returns/exchanges/refunds must be approved in advance.
Returns:
We will accept returns on New items within 30 days from time the item is received.
However, depending on the nature of the item and/ or circumstances please note the following:

All items must be in NEW condition with all original product packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards, etc.

Shipping Fees for Returned Items:
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges (some exceptions may apply, but we absolutely must approve all details in advance).
Please note, that if item included FREE SHIPPING upon purchase, we may deduct those costs from your refund amount. Again, this necessity will be evaluated on a per case basis.
Refunds:
We will not issue any refund until we receive and inspect the returned item. If a refund is required, it will most often be given via your original payment method ( i.e. Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal Account, Credit Card will be refunded to the Credit Card used for purchase. ) Cash or USPS Postal Money Order will be refunded via Company Check. For Credit Card refunds, please note, we will issue credit as soon as the return item is received, however it may take 7-10 Business Days before funds show or post to your account. If after that amount time your refund has not posted, please contact your Credit Card company directly.
Please Know .Paypal does not reeturn Seller fees, So if you change your mind after you buy something and want a refund, We will withhold the seller fees, as well as any Shipping if item Shipped.
Exchanges:
We will accept items for exchange, however each item will be subject to availability. If we do not have a replacement available in stock, we will request a replacement direct from the manufacturer. Individual exchange terms are evaluated on a per case basis and subject to seller discretion.
If you find there is a problem or issue after 30 days from time the item is received, we ask that you please contact the Manufacturer directly. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website.
Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to change or alter any advertised or previously quoted pricing, subject to our discretion. We also reserve the option to withdraw or cancel any bid or transaction if deemed necessary and subject to our sole discretion.
International Buyer Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT DETAILS:
PAYPAL:
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS may now pay via PAYPAL, but YOU MUST HAVE A VERIFIED ACCOUNT AND SHIPPING MUST BE TO A CONFIRMED/ REGISTERED PAYPAL ADDRESS (i.e., same as billing address). IF you DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS we will accept payment VIA A BANK WIRE TRANSFER only.
FEE: There is a standard International PayPal Transactions Fee of 3.5% added. Please be aware that in some cases even if PayPal lists buyer as VERIFIED and ADDRESS CONFIRMED "Seller Protection" may NOT be guaranteed in U.K. and Canada - so PLEASE inquire prior to sending payment.
BANK WIRE TRANSFER:
For ALL International Buyers who DO NOT meet the above requirements for payment via Paypal, we will accept payment via an International Bank Wire Transfer. Please be aware, there will be a standard Bank Processing Fee of $30 USD added to your total as the banks deduct a minimum of this amount before we ever receive funds. Please contact us directly prior to purchase for further details and instructions for payment via this method.
CREDIT CARDS:
We do not currently accept Credit Cards directly for International Orders. We are in the process of working to change this so that International Buyers can have this option, as well. Until then, a Paypal account is required if you wish to pay via Credit Card, and all terms as noted above apply.
SHIPPING:
USPS:
In an effort to keep shipping costs to a reasonable minimum, we will ship ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS via USPS unless otherwise discussed. We prefer USPS International Express which includes a Tracking Number. OR slightly less expensive option via USPS International Priority - however there is no tracking provided; therefore IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THE ITEM ONCE SENT THERE IS NO WAY TO TRACE THE PACKAGE AND YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHOOSING THIS SHIPPING METHOD.
FED EX/ UPS:
If using any service other than U.S.P.S. for shipment (i.e. FED EX, FED EX Ground International, UPS) please be aware in advance that these companies may charge additional fees after delivery for use of their " Brokerage Services"; it is the recipient/ buyer's responsibility to pay these charges, as well. In all instances, it is the recipient's sole responsibility to research and estimate such fees - whether standard DUTIES and TAXES or additional Brokerage Fees.
Whenever possible we will use U.S.P.S. Express International, however as some items exceed the size limits (properly packaged) imposed by the U.S.P.S. to certain Countries, we may opt to use other shipping methods (Fed Ex, FED EX Ground International to CANADA, UPS, etc.).
INSURANCE:
We will automatically include Insurance for the Full Price of the Item/s being sent with the following exception:
For some countries USPS only allows us to insure up to a certain dollar amount per package. EXAMPLE: To France via either USPS Service noted above they will only insure up to $650 USD. Which means IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THE ITEM ONCE SHIPPED THIS IS ALL USPS WILL REIMBURSE FOR! If the item/s you are purchasing are valued above this amount, buyer must accept and fully understand this limitation. (* If this is not acceptable, we are happy to ship via another service that does not impose these regulations - for example: FED EX/ UPS - but there will be additional cost to buyer.)
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS:
PACKAGING:
We strive to properly package all our shipments with plenty of padding (Bubble Wrap, Foam Peanuts) to help insure as much as is possible the item is protected against any damage once it leaves our hands. Because of this, certain items may exceed the USPS "Size and Weight" Guidelines for Express/ Priority International Shipments. In such instances, we can either ship as we prefer via a more expensive shipping service (for example: USPS Global Express/ Fed EX International); OR if possible to do so, at your request we can ship the item with just enough packaging to clear these limits BUT BUYER MUST ACCEPT full responsibility should the item be damaged in transit.
VAT/Customs/ADD. Import Taxes or Fees:
Recipient/ Buyer is 100% responsible for ALL DUTIES and TAXES (VAT, ETC.) imposed by your local government/ customs officials. THIS INCLUDES CANADA!
It is also the responsibility of the Buyer to research what exactly those fees may be as they are specific to each destination.
RETURNS:
International buyers please be aware:
Since most major manufacturers DO NOT support shipping outside the U.S., any item shipped or intended for U.S. outside the U.S. will be sold as USED, AS IS with NO RETURNS.
That stated, if there is a serious issue with the item you must report to us immediately upon receipt to see what can be done to assist in lieu of returning. If then any and all options have been exhausted and a return is ABSOLUTELY necessary :
* We will refund the cost paid for the item ONLY!
* Buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges.
* NO shipping costs or VAT/ Taxes/ Duties paid by the buyer to import the item will be refunded by seller (but you may contact your customs dept. for more information).
NO EXCEPTIONS.
RE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & INSURANCE VIA USPS:
Please be advised that we have been informed by the USPS that once the item has been received at LAX INTERNATIONAL Airport they are no longer responsible for what occurs if the item is lost or damaged after that fact. What this means to you: once we have shipped the item we will not be held responsible for loss or damages. Of course, if there is a way to file claim with USPS we will try to help assist in getting as much back as the item is insured for only.
OUR LIMITED LIABILITY AS DEFINED HERE APPLIES TO ALL SHIPMENTS REGARDLESS OF CARRIER - FED EX, UPS, DHL, etc.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY for International Buyer’s:
PLEASE BE AWARE! Per the Manufacturer's Instructions: All NEW (includes B-Stock, DEMO, OPEN-BOX) Items purchased from the U.S. and sent Internationally MAY NOT BE COVERED* under MANUFACTURER WARRANTY - as most manufacturer's already have representatives worldwide. HOWEVER, you are still protected under our standard return policies for International buyers wherein, “Buyer has 14-days from time of actual receipt to report any issues” - particularly due to or possibly incurred during transit (which is then covered up to the amount of Insurance originally agreed upon per shipment). After that initial 14-Days, however, we cannot be held responsible - and you must understand and agree in advance as you are purchasing this item to import at your own discretion.
*(EACH MANUFACTURER HAS DIFFERENT POLICIES REGARDING INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY COVERAGE - Please contact us PRIOR to PURCHASE to check terms for the specific item you are considering!)
*FINAL NOTE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS :
By purchasing this item/s from us and making payment you are in effect agreeing to all terms and conditions as noted herein; and, as so far as our liability is concerned, you agree that you as the buyer WILL NOT issue any claims via Paypal or your Credit Card Company against us (as the seller) for issues beyond our control which include but are not limited to the following:
· Loss or damage of Item incurred AFTER shipment is released to USPS/ Delivery Carrier due to said Carrier's negligence, etc.
· If you are agreeing or ASKING us to declare and/ or insure the item for less than it's full value, you may not issue any claims via Paypal or your Credit Card Company against us for beyond what the item is insured for with said Carrier.
· Should your item be held or lost after entering Foreign Customs, the buyer WILL NOT issue any claims via Paypal or your Credit Card Company against us as it then becomes an issue enforced by your local Customs Office/ Agency - and all such incidents should be dealt with directly by you as the recipient and your Country's Customs Officials/ Agency (and/ or Postal Carrier if applicable).
By accepting our above terms you are agreeing that you understand our liability is limited.
